Research Proposals Presentation Highlight Innovation and Excellence

Today, 14 research proposals were presented during the CSU 2025 Research In-House Review, held on September 29, 2025, with the three panel of evaluators: Dr. Teng A. Alim, CSU VP for Research, Extension, Development & Resource Generation; Dr. Farida Silvero, Professor I; and Dr. Jill D. Villanueva, Director for Research and Development, both from Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST).

The presentations showcased a diverse range of topics, including innovative teaching strategies, technology integration, community development, and environmental conservation.

The notable research proposals presented include:

The event was graced by esteemed Deans from various colleges, including Dr. Alma S. Kato, Dr. Arbaya H. Boquia, Dr. Abdulwahid Hashim, Dean Farida Dimalen, and Dr. Marwisa Salam.

Also in attendance were Dr. Ma. Rhodora Jovellano, Dr. Marilyn Billones, Dr. Jose Arnold Alfarez, Dr. Menchu Estares, Abduljabbar S. Guiamalon, and Ayeesha Lydia S. Guiamalon.

The activity was facilitated by the Office of Research and Publication (ORP) administrative staff: Dr. Fatima Norshahaida Dalamban, Braheem Guiamalon, Asheeya Lydia S. Guiamalon, and Instructor Bainorhata P. Solaiman, in cooperation with the Research Unit Heads and Coordinators, namely Dr. Rodnie Ligaray, Dr. Chelo Bunao, Dr. Jemalyn Ututalum, Aprof. Sarip Tarita Ali, Aprof. Rhanest Tilendo, Aprof. Paidza Hamid, Dr. Pembain Solaiman, and Instructor Baina Saway.

Dr. Rafeeq Alim served as the Master of Ceremony, ensuring a smooth and productive event.
