Prof. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Director of the University Policy and Scientific Publication, was invited as session chair for the 2023 Lien International Conference under Session 5 Modes of Governance and Regulation, held from August 25 to 26, 2023, at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. This year's theme, "Good Governance for the Common Good," was organized by the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration and co-organized by Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship, International Institute of Administrative Sciences, Asian Association for Public Administration, Stratagem Group, and Civil Service College.

       The  Lien International Conference on Good Governance is a biennial flagship event that gathers local and international academics, practitioners, and researchers to examine significant issues in governance, public service delivery, and evaluation (ntu.edu.sg). This year's conference was participated by delegates from the Philippines, Singapore, China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea, Austria, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States of America. //Saidamin P.
