Cotabato City State Polytechnic College started as general secondary school in 1924. In 1983 it was converted into a state college by virtue of Batas Pambansa Blg 484. Its basic functions are instruction, research, extension and production.
Situated in an 8-hectare area, the main campus of CCSPC is located in Cotabato City which is the Regional Government Center OF Central Mindanao (Region XII) and the provisional seat of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Its 8 hectare area in Barangay Rebuken, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao is utilized as a laboratory practicum area of the College of Agriculture. It has a 6 hectare area in Punta, Parang, Maguindanao for instruction and research of the College of Fisheries; and a forest area of 1,000 hectares in Mt. Lenangan of Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao for the College of Forestry practicum and research.
Cotabato City State Polytechnic College offers various graduate and baccalaureate degrees, non-degree courses and a laboratory high school.
VISION
The CCSPC shall be a center for scholarships, science, professions and entrepreneurship; a developer of human and technology resources for global competitiveness, and a pro-active change-agent in Central Mindanao and the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
MISSION
The CCSPC aims to provide a professional and advance academic, technical-vocational training; promote research, extension, production, and progressive leadership in the various fields of specialization; and promote scholarship and part-time job opportunities to poor but deserving students.
