KABACAN, NORTH COTABATO—Prof. Saidamin P. Bagolong was recently invited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region 12 to serve as a Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) assessor. He lent his expertise to validate the Bachelor of Public Administration program held last April 3-4, 2024, at the University of Southern Mindanao in Kabacan, North Cotabato. Validating the program requires the university to secure the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC). Ms. Leah S. Manon-og, the Education Supervisor of CHED Region 12, supervised him.

       Prof. Bagolong's participation as an RQAT assessor underscores his qualifications and extensive experience in public administration, social science, and higher education. It instills confidence in the quality of higher education institutions' program offerings.
