The Manual of Operation for Graduate School was duly approved by the Cotabato State University Board of Regents during the 2022 1st Quarter Regular Board of Regents Meeting per BOR Res No. 02 series of 2022 held on March 25, 2022, 2:00 PM via Zoom video teleconferencing. The manual was crafted by a committee headed by Dr. Tarhata S. Guiamalon, the Dean of the Graduate School of CSU.
The University President Dr. Sema G. Dilna was grateful for the initiative and teamwork manifested by the three (3) CSU Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs, Finance & Administration and Research, Extension, & Production, the eight (8) programs heads, professors and students who helped in completing the manual. The Manual of Operation contains major sections that includes Graduate School organizational structure, admission, retention and residence requirements, academic rules and regulation, graduate school fees, grading system, comprehensive examination, thesis/dissertation/ policy paper/capstone project , graduation policy, conferment of titles, honoris causa and other honorary titles, graduate research and teaching assistantship, issuances of students records, disqualification & second graduate degree, rights and duties of the students, and the enclosures and amendments.
