The CSU-Graduate School in collaboration with the Office of the Research Services successfully conducted the 4th Virtual Research Conference with the theme “Moving Forward: Cultivating Multidisciplinary Research V4.0” last May 29, 2022.
The University President, Dr. Sema G. Dilna, emphasized the pivotal role of the Graduate School in generating new knowledge through the conduct of relevant and interesting researches not only for the students but for the faculty members as well. There were 30 researches presented by the students from the Master and Doctorate level in three parallel sessions. Moreover, three external experts were invited to provide evaluation on the research presentations. The panel of evaluators were Dr. Jonathan Mantikayan, Executive Director II of the Bangsamoro Information and Communication Technology; Dr. Estrella Cantallopez, Research Director of Davao Christian College; and Dr. Melvin Pomar, Program Head-Tourism Management Program of the Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College, Inc. The Graduate School is committed in nurturing the culture of research to provide valuable research outputs that can improve the current status of the people and the community. Misna Emblawa, MBA candidate, said that “I really appreciate the feedback from the panel because it can significantly improve my paper and of course the experience that I have gained in conducting my thesis is really a journey to remember.”. //Emraida C.
