The Graduate School logo is described by the following features:
- The TORCH represents the graduate school eagerness to pursue both enlightenment and knowledge, as well as hope.
- The BOOK symbolizes the foundation of knowledge that the Graduate School reflects
- The OLIVE LEAVES represents nobility, unity, high excellence ambitions, and prosperity. Since it took long time to become a state university, the emblem represents a triumph for the Cotabato City’s First State University.
- The ROPE bordered around the name of CSU represents the number of years that this institution has operated as a high school from 1924 to 1983 before its conversion took place on June 10, 1983 into a state college, and then its university conversion 2021.
- AQUA BLUE, WHITE and GOLDEN YELLOW are the Graduate School’s official colors. Aqua blue symbolizes wisdom, creativity and wholeness, white stands for truth, while yellow represents loyalty.
- 2021 the year in which CCSPC became Cotabato State University and the year the name of the graduate college was changed to GRADUATE SCHOOL
