In pursuit of enhancing its institutional services for relevant and quality education, the Graduate School conducted a virtual consultation with stakeholders on the proposed Graduate School Manual of Operation last February 13, 2022. University administrators, professors, staff, and post-graduate students had attended the said consultation.
The Cotabato State University Graduate School has successfully conducted the initial step for the Crafting of the Graduate School Manual of Operation on February 10, 2022 @ Cren Cuisine Restaurant, Gov. Gutierrez Ave., Cotabato City. This activity was spearheaded by the Graduate School Dean, Dr. Tarhata S. Guiamalon.
We would like to inform you that the CSU Graduate School enrollment for the 2nd Semester S.Y 2021-2022 is on February 7-18, 2022. Kindly coordinate with the dean or with your respective program heads for evaluation and guidance. Minimum health protocols shall be strictly implemented such as wearing face mask, social distancing, hand sanitizing, bringing of ball pen, and contact tracing.
On August 5, 2021, the University President Prof. Dr. Sema G. Dilna issued a Memorandum Order 138 s. 2021, reconstituting the composition of the Committee on University Code with members: Dr. Kundo M. Pahm, Jr., Dr. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Dr. Ainonnacirin A. Abdulgani, Dr. Jaimelyn L. Ututalum, and Dr. Mobarac R. Dimasindel, whose main tasked were to draft, present, disseminate, and package the proposed university code.
On January 29, 2022, the AD (Alper-Dodger) Scientific Index released the 2022 World Scientist and University Rankings, which recognizes the productivity and impact of researchers in their field of expertise over the past five years. The AD Scientific Index is a ranking and analysis system based on the scientific performance and the added value of the scientific productivity of individual scientists using the total values of the i10 index, h-index, and citation scores in Google Scholar, which Prof. Dr. Murat Alper (MD) and Associate Prof. Dr. Cihan Doger (MD) developed (adscientificindex.com).
To ensure proper management of land resources, the CSU Board of regents approved the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) for 2022-2031 during the 4th Special Board of Regents Meeting held on December 23, 2021, 9:00 am via Zoom videoconferencing. CSU LUDIP covers campus planning framework, principles, and processes, including master development plans; detailed geographical description and survey of the of CSU including all idle lands, campuses, branches or extension; inventory of all existing buildings, facilities, and other infrastructure within the compound or areas occupied by the University; cadastral survey of land; detailed description of the research core, academic core, and residential areas covering both housings for faculty, and dormitories for students; detailed geographical description of land used for commercial, agriculture, fishery, forestry, and other activities, including open and recreational spaces, landscape features, and campus transportation system among others; design and estimated cost of construction, operation, maintenance of other university infrastructure needs and financial plan.
