CSU Graduate School Conducts Seminar- Workshop on Thesis Writing and Literature Review

The CSU Graduate School conducted the Seminar-Workshop on Thesis Writing and Literature Review from January 14-15,2023 in the Audio Visual Room of the university facilitated by MS 601- Research Methods and Design course under Dr. Norkaina Samama. The said activity was attended by graduate students from various programs, including MSSW, MPA, MAEd, MBA, MAIEM and MAIS. In addition to providing participants with an opportunity to prepare highly scientific research papers, the seminar workshop also assists them in preparing their thesis proposals.

IPDP Team Conducts Seminar-Workshop on Culture of Peace

The Team Institutionalization of Peace and Development Project (IPDP) conducted a two-day seminar-workshop on Culture of Peace last January 4-5, 2023, at the Pagana Restaurant, Cotabato City. The Institutionalization of Peace and Development Project (IPDP) is an Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) project based under the Commission on Higher Education headed by Dr. Jaimelyn L. Ututalum, the Project Director, together with her members Dr. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Team Leader, Dr. Norodin D. Salam, Dr. Jose Arnold L. Alfrerez, and Dr. Mobarac D. Dimasindel, as members.

Cotabato State University celebrates Year End Assessment Party 2022

The Cotabato State University celebrated its Year End Assessment Party on December 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM held at Alnor Convention Hotel. Participants of the Assessment Party were the Vice Presidents, Heads of the offices, Deans, Directors, Faculty, Staff and the retirees of the institution.

Public Administration Program Conducts RISE UP BULDON Project

In response to CSU's goal to improve the quality of life of the communities through the implementation of extension services, the public administration program conducted its annual community extension services project dubbed "Reformed Initiatives for Sustainable Empowerment Using Participatory approach to Bridge Unemployment through Leadership Discourse to bring Organizational Network or RISE UP BULDON project" with the theme "Ang Magaling na Pamantasan Tumutulong sa Pamayanan."

Public Administration Faculty and Students Attend the 2022 National and International Conferences

The faculty members of the graduate public administration program, namely Dr. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Director of External and International Linkages and concurrent program head, Dr. Radzata A. Abdulgani, Chief Administrative Officer, Dr. Ainonnacirin A. Abdulgani, Human Resource Officer, and Dr. Sylvia A. Delosa, part-time faculty, as well as their students: Donna Mae A. Tolabing, Mikaela Antonetta B. Lazo, Asyah A. Abdulhamed, Al-Shariff S. Hadjinor, and Haron M. Ebrahim attended the 2022 Philippine Society of Public Administration (PSPA) International Conference with the theme "Bringing Back Equity and Ethics in Philippine Public Administration and Governance: A Public Sector Reform Agenda for the New Administration" from November 22 to 24, 2020 at the Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City, Philippines and via Zoom teleconferencing.

GS Spearhead Community Outreach

CSU Graduate School faculty headed by Dean Dr. Tarhata S. Guiamalon, Dr. Samsia A. Ibrahim and MSAE AE 603 students conducted Agriculture Training on Native chicken production and management, Urban Gardening and food tray weaving in Barangay Rosary Heights 11, Cotabato City. The said activity introduced participants to the importance of organic farming, the industry of turning farm wastes into organic fertilizer, and making money out of trash which is essential in improving the lives of the community within the existing ecosystem and minimizing pollution and erosion of the fertile soil. CSU Graduate School Dean Dr. Guiamalon presents a paper in Singapore at WCMRI 2022

Dr. Tarhata S. Guiamalon, Dean of the Graduate School, Cotabato State University (CSU) presented a paper in the World Conference on Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (WCMRI) 2022 jointly organized by Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP) and Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology last October 28-29, 2022 at Furama River view Hotel, Singapore with the theme of “Pursuing a Critical Stance at the Foreign, Economic, Cultural And academic policies that are impacting innovation in multidisciplinary research world wide”. The main objective of the WCMRI 2022, according to Mr. Rudra Bhanu Satpathy, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of IFERP is to grant the amazing opportunity to learn about groundbreaking development in modern industry, talk through difficult workplace scenarios with peers who experience the same points, and experience enormous growth and development as a professional.
