Prof. Bagolong Wins Best Presenter at the First International Research and Innovation Conference on Education, Engineering, and Agriculture

Prof. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Director of Policy and Scientific Publication, was adjudged the Best Presenter award for his paper on the administration of private higher education institutions and their survival existence in a community in Region 12, besting 18 presenters under the education cluster on the theme professional development and policy/program implementation, at the First International Research and Innovation Conference on Education, Engineering, and Agriculture held December 4 to 6, 2023 at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, North La Union Campus, Bacnotan, Province of La Union, Philippines.

Policy and Scientific Publication Director attends the Scientific Career System Mentoring at General Santos City

The SCS Mentoring: "Be a Career Scientist in SOCCSKSARGEN was held in East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos, on 13-14 November 2023 and was attended by Policy and Scientific Publication Director Dr. Saidamin P. Bagolong. He was joined by other directors, administrators, researchers, and faculty members from various public and private higher education institutions and national government agencies in Region 12. The Department of Science and Technology XII hosted the seminar with the National Academy of Science and Technology and the Scientific Career System.

CSU Graduate School Peace Development Program Head attends the 2nd National Peace Education Summit

Dr. Jose Arnold Alfarez, the Graduate School Peace Development program head, represented CSU at the National Peace Education Summit held at Luxent Hotel in Quezon City last September 26-27, 2023. The theme of the events was “Reigniting Education for Peace and Sustainable Development towards a Resilient Philippines.”

Public Administration Faculty Presents Paper at the 2023 EROPA International Conference

Aliuden, Project Monitoring Team Leader, all are faculty members of the Public Administration Program presented papers at the 2023 Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) International Conference with the theme “The Role of Public Governance in Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Towards the Sustainable Development Goals” from October 16 to 20, 2023 at the National Convention Center, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

CSU Research Project on Developing Halal Seasoning approved for MOST-BARMM Funding

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between Cotabato State University (CSU) and Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of two (2) approved research projects of the university was held at the MOST Conference Room, ORG BARMM Compound early this morning, September 28, 2023. The MOA was signed by Dr. Sema G. Dilna, CSU president, and Minister Engr. Aida Silongan of MOST. MOST Director-General Engr. Abdulrakman Asim assisted with the agreement signing.
